ingredients: bone-in chicken breasts juice of 1 lemon sea salt & pepper evoo oregano directions: mix all ingredients & marinate chicken (i did this in the morning & cooked it for dinner that night) roast chicken @ 350 for 50-60 minutes, until cooked through
