i always cook my eggs in coconut oil- it tastes great & is a good oil to use for cooking.

egg (protein) + strawberries (carbs) + avocado (good fat)

scrambled eggs with chives, sliced apples & avocado

scrambled eggs (protein) with chives + sliced apples (carbs) + avocado (good fat)

two egg omlette (protein) + fresh basil, tomatoes, onions & spinach (carbs) + avocado (good fat)
